Hello, dear Riders!
Today, I want to give one very delicious recipe - mayonnaise with roasted red pepper, cheese and garlic.
The preparation itself will take several minutes.

| MAYONNAISE WITH ROASTED PEPPER AND CHEESE |
NECESSARY PRODUCTS
(for 1-2 days)
- 3 roasted peppers
- 1 piece of white cheese (can be Feta; amount - on taste)
- 1-4 cloves garlic
- 180 ml oil (Sunflower)
- Black Pepper
- Salt
PREPARATION
Clean and cut the peppers in pieces.
Blend.
Add the garlic.
Blend.
Add the oil gradually, until blending.

 |
| 180 ml Sunflower oil = approximately one average water glass |
Blend around minute or two, until the mixture thickens.
Add the cheese and blend.
Add Salt and Black Pepper on taste.
It's ready.
Keep in fridge.
