ANTI-CELLULITE COFFEE MASK AND BODY WRAPPING

   

   Today I want to share my variant of Coffee scrub with anti-cellulite body wrapping. 
   If you are consistent in doing this procedure, it can help you to gradually get rid of 2-3 centimeters from the circumference of the hips.



   INGREDIENTS

   100 g   ground Coffee
   7 tsp.   Ginger powder
   5 tsp.   Cinnamon
   10 tsp. Olive Oil
   80-100 ml warm water
   2 tsp.   Mustard Oil

   For dry skin, tender skin - add 2 tsp. Avocado Oil

   PREPARATION

   Put the Coffee in glass bowl together with the Ginger and Cinnamon powder. Mix them very well.
   Start to add slowly warm water very carefully! The mixture should not be like soaked in water, but to stay like dry paste, like greasy semi-dry mud.

  Than add the oils and continue to mix until you become sure, that all ingredients are in perfect mixture.
   Remember - the mixture must be like semi-dry paste.

   Put in jar and let it stay for a while.

   Before you leave it for 20-30 min. stay, shake the jar. The mixture must stay inside with many air pockets in between.

   Prepared in this way, the mixture can be enough for several procedures.
   You can keep the scrub in fridge several days to week.

   PROCEDURE

   Start to apply the scrub on the legs with massage motions - legs, hips, belly.
  Massage for 20-25 min. - together with this mixture, the blood circulation in these areas will increase.
   Then is the moment to start wrapping.

   WRAPPING

   Start the wrapping from the legs in direction from down to up.
  Make it like trousers - leg by leg. Don't wrap them tight. Just wrap.


  After you finish with the legs, continue the wrapping around the hips and even belly area. You can extend it even little bit up.


  After you finish wrapping, get into warm clothes and stay 10-20 min. or depends on your sensitivity.
   I've heard people stay with such wrapping 40 minutes.
   With so powerfully acting ingredients, I don't advice this!


   IMPORTANT SAFETY DETAILS

   Don't use wrapping method if:
 1. You have some gynecological problems (don't wrap the belly area).
  2. You have high blood pressure problems.
  3. You have burned skin - sunburn, or just burned.
  4. You have skin problems - psoriasis, allergy, injures.
  5. You have active molls.
  6. You have very dry, sensitive, atopic skin.

 BEFORE YOU TAKE DECISION TO MAKE THIS PROCEDURE AT HOME OR IN SPECIAL CENTER:

  If you have doubts about your health status, directly concerning the particular procedure, check with your health professional.


   CONCLUSIONS

  With proper scrub and body wrapping, you can diminish and get rid of the cellulite problem and together with this, to tighten your skin and simply, to get slimmer legs.
   Some people see results after the first procedure. They even measure their legs.

   If we must be realistic - you can not expect great result from the first procedure. The first procedure is already big step to solve this problem.
   It's better to make course - every day 1 or 2 times, 2 weeks.
   1 or 2 weeks - break time.

   The scheme depends on how serious is of the problem - you need it for prophylactic, just keeping good shape (minor correction) or solving more serious problem - bigger level of cellulite.   

  The changes become visible first on skin level. The skin surface becomes smoother, refreshed, tight. After some time, you will start notice improvement of the skin on deeper level.
